Responsibilities:

• Mixes alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to guests’ requests
• Collects beverages from the storeroom
• Cleans bar areas, prepare correct garnishes and mise-en-place
• Maintains bar stock in accordance with established standards
• Ensures security of beverage stock in the bar using key control procedures
• Controls beverage consumption of guests and stops serving when necessary
• Polishes glasses and respects all hygiene rules in serving beverages
• Promote up-selling at all levels and by personal efforts through guests’ contacts

Skills and requirements:

• Hotel & hospitality management diploma or degree will be a plus
• Previous experience in the Pool bar or standalone restaurant, resort experience will be an advantage
• Knowledge of beverages and cocktail recipes
• Good English oral and written skills, additional language is a benefit
