We are currently looking for a talented and highly driven Barman/Barmaid with passion of creating meMOrable dining experiences for guests.

The Barman/Barmaid reports directly to the Restaurant Manager
Main Responsibilities:
Have a very good understanding of the outlet’s concept and food and beverage offerings including promotions and be able to verbally explain those to the guests
Make cocktails or prepare drinks behind the bar
Contribute, day after day, to the smooth running of his/her department, in accordance with Mandarin Oriental guidelines and standards and local customs.
Foster a culture of teamwork, collaboration, and continuous improvement among the restaurant colleagues.
Job Requirements:
Minimum 5 years experience working in a luxury hotel environment. European experience is a must
Minimum 2 years experience in a similar position
Ability to communicate in proper English & French both verbally and in writing
Excellent overall communication skills
Able to multi-task
You will have exceptional inter-personal and organizational skills
Must be of smart appearance with excellent personal hygiene standards
Please note this is a full-time permanent position
